Ritrovato il fascicolo APRO su Pascagoula

Uno dei casi meglio documentati di IR3 della storia è quello del famoso caso di Pascagoula (vedi su wikipedia) Uno degli studiosi che più di altri si sta occupando di scavare a fondo sul caso di rapimento del 1973 è il ricercatore Philip Mantle (pagina FB). L'APRO fu una delle più antiche organizzazioni americane di ricerca sugli UFO (vedi su Wikipedia). Philip con cui sono in contatto mi ha mandato la notizia del ritrovamento e ha anche lanciato un appello che con vivo piacere pubblico su questa pagina. In anteprima vi comunico che il numero 20 del notiziario aperiodico UFOCTLINE, di cui sono editore, sarà interamente dedicato agli sviluppi della vicenda Pascagoula.

TROVATO IL FASCICOLO APRO DEL CASO PASCAGOULA

Uno dei principali investigatori del rapimento alieno di Pascagoula del 1973 fu il dottor James Harder. Il dottor Harder era un consulente per l'Aerial Phenomena Research Organisation (APRO) ed è stato inviato a Pascagoula, Mississippi per indagare sul rapimento alieno di Charles Hickson e Calvin Parker. Per decenni, dopo che l'APRO ha cessato l'attività, i suoi file UFO sono stati lasciati in un limbo e conservati in modo sicuro in Arizona. Alla fine del 2023 i file APRO "perduti" sono stati donati, gratuitamente, al National UFO Historical Records Center di Albuquerque, nel New Mexico. Il direttore esecutivo David Marler ha esaminato i file e ha individuato cinque registrazioni audio storiche, tutte relative al caso Pascagoula del 1973. Questi file audio sono davvero affascinanti e fanno parte della storia degli UFO. David mi ha informato che non c'era alcun file cartaceo sul caso Pascagoula trovato nella grande donazione dei file APO. Non ero troppo deluso, dopotutto avevo ricevuto queste registrazioni audio davvero uniche.

Non ho mai perso la speranza di trovare maggiori informazioni su questo caso unico e solo poche settimane fa mi sono state inviate due registrazioni televisive storiche con Calvin Parker e Charles Hickson. La prima è stata letteralmente girata il giorno dopo l'incontro dell'11 ottobre 1973 ed è la prima intervista televisiva in assoluto di Hickson & Parker. Il secondo è del 1987 e mostra Parker e Hickson intervistati in uno studio televisivo. Ero al settimo cielo con questi due film e li ho trascritti entrambi. Li pubblicherò l'anno prossimo in un nuovo libro.

Oggi, 8 luglio 2024, mi sono svegliato e ho trovato una serie di messaggi sul mio account Facebook da parte di David Marler. Dire che ero stupito da ciò che David mi stava dicendo è un eufemismo. Lascerò che sia lui a dirtelo con le sue stesse parole.

"8 luglio 2024,

Ciao Filippo. Bene, Brian Myers ha consegnato un altro lotto di materiale APRO qui oggi. E mi sono appena imbattuto nel fascicolo del caso APRO mancante su Pascagoula! È stato trovato in un lotto sparso di carte in una scatola di banane. Cercherò di farlo scansionare presto per te. Alcune foto sono allegate. Il 95% o più è costituito da ritagli di giornale. Inoltre, ho anche trovato una serie di fotocopie del fascicolo del caso. La ricevuta era inclusa. È datato 21/07/18. A quanto pare Brian ha fatto delle copie per qualcuno che non è mai stato inviato.

Brian Myers era uno dei custodi dei file APRO e aveva, forse inconsapevolmente, consegnato il file documentato del caso APRO "perduto". Per me e la mia partner nella ricerca, la dottoressa Irena Scott, questa è un'altra aggiunta storica al caso di rapimento alieno meglio documentato mai registrato. Questo, naturalmente, è il caso Pascagoula del 1973 con Charles Hickson, Calvin Parker e un numero sempre crescente di testimoni oculari indipendenti. Ora abbiamo, o presto avremo, direi, una copia del fascicolo perduto del caso APO. Sono al settimo cielo e non posso ringraziare abbastanza David Marler e i suoi colleghi del National UFO Historical Records Center (https://nufohrc.org/) per averci supportato ancora una volta nella nostra ricerca e indagine sul caso Pascagoula.

One of the main investigators of the 1973 Pascagoula alien abduction was Dr James Harder. Dr Harder was a consultant for the Aerial Phenomena Research Organisation (APRO) and he was sent to Pascagoula, Mississippi to investigate the alien abduction of Charles Hickson and Calvin Parker. For decades after APRO ceased operation its UFO files were left in limbo and securely stored away in Arizona. In late 2023 the ‘lost’ APRO files were donated, free of charge, to the National UFO Historical Records Center in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The Executive Director David Marler went through the files and located five historical audio recordings all related to the 1973 Pascagoula case. These audio files are truly fascinating and are a part of UFO history. David informed me that there was no paper file on the Pascagoula case found in the large donation of the APRO files. I wasn’t too disappointed, I had after all received these truly unique audio recordings.

I have never given up hope of locating more information on this unique case and just a matter of weeks ago I was sent two historical TV recordings featuring Calvin Parker & Charles Hickson. The first was literally shot the day after the encounter of October 11th 1973 and is the first ever TV interview by Hickson & Parker. The second was from 1987 and shows Parker & Hickson interviewed in a TV studio. I was over the moon with these two films and I have transcribed them both. I will publish them next year in a new book.

Today, July 8th 2024 I awoke to find a number of messages on my facebook account from David Marler. To say I was astonished with what David was telling me is an understatement. I’ll let him tell you this in his own words.

“8th July 2024,

Hello Philip. Well, Brian Myers delivered another batch of APRO material here today. And I just stumbled across the missing APRO case file on Pascagoula! It was found in a miscellaneous lot of papers in a banana box. I will try to get this scanned soon for you. Some pics are attached. 95% or more is newspaper clippings. Also, I also found a set of photocopies with it, of the case file. The receipt was included. It is dated 7/21/18. Apparently Brian made copies for someone that was never sent.

Brian Myers was one of the custodians of the APRO files and he had, perhaps unknowingly, delivered the ‘lost’ documented APRO case file. For me and my research partner Dr Irena Scott, this is yet another historical addition to the best documented alien abduction case on record. That of course being the 1973 Pascagoula case featuring Charles Hickson, Calvin Parker and an ever increasing number of independent eyewitnesses. Now we have, or shortly will have I should say, a copy of the lost APRO case file. I am over the moon and I cannot thank David Marler and his colleagues at the National UFO Historical Records Center (https://nufohrc.org/) enough for once again supporting us in our research and investigation into the Pascagoula case.
